This coffee comers from El Salvador's Ahuachapan region from the farm of Rolando Ramirez Moreno and his family. Plants are shade-grown and carefully tended. This coffee was harvested as part of an experimental microlot that was fermented for an extended perior with wine yeast prior todrying on raised beds. We think the attention to detail shows! This coffee is bright, smooth-bodied and sweet with a lovely note of tropical fruit. Roasted at medium.
